Welcome to Digital Services User Guide! Video tutorials that support access to digital services.
Three animated videos in simplified Italian and English to help users navigate services, facilitate access and promote inclusion. The videos in Digital Services: Instructions for Use are designed to facilitate access to certain online services such as school enrolment, digital identity (SPID) and how to create a Gmail account.
The videos are the result of DigitALL4Migrants, the European project that brought Consorzio l’Arcolaio, together with partners Kista folkhögskola (Sweden) and Asociación Progestión (Spain), to produce digital tools to facilitate access to services for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
